Harald, our son, had a difficult time during his apprenticeship. He was bullied for four years, mainly by his boss. His boss called him a complete idiot, and his coworkers treated him the same way. Harald's nickname was Schamhari, and everything was done to make his life as difficult as possible.
I was about to take my son away from there, but my husband didn't want to. Harald did a double apprenticeship, so he was an apprentice for four years.
A month ago, he passed his first final apprenticeship exam with distinction, and yesterday he passed the second one as well.
When he came home yesterday with his shiny certificate, he suddenly had severe knee pain. He had never had that before.
I explained to him why he was in pain and that healing was now taking place.

When it comes to knees in particular, it is often a matter of “not being able to keep up” or “not being able to run away.”
In this case, he certainly wanted to escape the terrible situation long ago, but was unable to do so for a long time. Passing the final exam made it possible for him to escape, and the conflict-resolution phase could begin.
